Are you ready to begin your journey toward healing from the trauma of sexual abuse? Shelter From the Storm is a 14-week Christian-based program led by Certified Mental Health Coach Judy Simpson, designed to help women find peace, restoration, and strength through faith.
This transformative group will meet every Tuesday from 11 AM - 12:30 PM in person or virtually from 2 PM - 3:30 PM. Whether you're joining us in person or online, you’ll find a supportive, compassionate space to begin the process of healing with practical tools, spiritual support, and loving community.
Registration is open. The cost is $20 per session or you can receive a $40 discount if paid in full by the 2nd session, making the cost only $240. Class size is limited. Seeking Safety Christian Faith-Based: A 12-Week Healing Program
Are you ready to experience true healing from trauma, PTSD, and addiction through a Christian lens? Seeking Safety Christian Faith-Based is a 12-week, evidence-based program that integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy with the transformative power of Christian faith. Led by Certified Recovery Coach Joyce Small, this program is designed to support individuals in overcoming the challenges of trauma and addiction, providing practical tools for lasting recovery.
This program is open to adults from all backgrounds and experiences, including those with diverse ethnicities, cultures, and all types of trauma or addiction. Seeking Safety is designed for anyone in any level of care, even if they do not meet the criteria for PTSD or substance abuse. Whether you're looking to build stronger coping skills, or you are working through specific challenges such as homelessness, domestic violence, or severe mental illness, Seeking Safety offers the support you need.

CRAFT Support Group: Help for Those Who Love Someone Struggling with Addiction
Do you have a loved one that struggles with addiction? Are you constantly worried about the behaviors and safety of your loved one? Do you make excuses, change plans, or even play detective with your loved one because of the behavior? If you answered "yes" to any of the above, then this group is the one for you. Connected is a 12-week virtual support group for family members, friends, or partners of individuals battling substance use disorders. Led by our certified addiction recovery coach Joyce, the group follows the evidence-based CRAFT model (Community Reinforcement and Family Training).
What you’ll gain:

- A faith-informed approach in a judgment-free setting
