A Christian Support Group for Women Healing from Sexual Trauma
Have you experienced sexual abuse and are ready to begin your journey toward healing? Shelter From the Storm is a Christ-centered support group for women seeking recovery from the deep wounds of sexual trauma.
Led by Certified Mental Health Coach Judy Simpson, this 14-week program offers a safe, confidential space—both in person and online—where you can process your pain, rebuild trust, and discover lasting healing through faith.
Each session combines trauma-informed care, biblical truth, and practical tools to help you reclaim your identity, restore your peace, and walk in freedom. You’ll be surrounded by a compassionate community of women who understand your journey and are walking it with you.
Class size is limited to protect intimacy and safety, so early registration is encouraged.

Meeting Times: Tuesdays 11 AM - 12:30 PM in person or virtually from 2 PM - 3:30 PM
Cost: $280 for all 14 sessions or $20 per session
Safe & Free Finding Strength, Healing, and Hope Through Faith-Based Recovery
Are you seeking real healing from trauma, PTSD, or addiction through the lens of faith? Safe & Free is a 12-week Christian support group based on the Seeking Safety model—an evidence-based program that blends cognitive-behavioral tools with biblical truth and spiritual encouragement.
Led by Certified Recovery Coach Joyce Small, this group creates a safe, non-judgmental space for adults navigating a wide range of challenges—from addiction and abuse to emotional trauma, homelessness, or mental health struggles. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to attend—just a willingness to grow and heal.
What you’ll gain:

- Tools to manage trauma triggers and addictive urges
- Skills to set healthy boundaries in relationships
- Grounding techniques to reduce anxiety and dissociation
- Strategies for relapse prevention and emotional regulation

Meets Tuesday evenings from 7:00–8:30 PM (Virtual)
Cost: $20 per session, or $200 if paid in full by your second session (save $40)

Support Group: Help for Those Who Love Someone Struggling with Addiction
Do you have a loved one that struggles with addiction? Are you constantly worried about the behaviors and safety of your loved one? Do you make excuses, change plans, or even play detective with your loved one because of the behavior? If you answered "yes" to any of the above, then this group is the one for you. Connected is a 12-week virtual support group for family members, friends, or partners of individuals battling substance use disorders. Led by our certified addiction recovery coach Joyce, the group follows the evidence-based CRAFT model (Community Reinforcement and Family Training).
What you’ll gain:
- Tools for healthier communication
- Strategies to encourage treatment engagement
- Emotional support and stress reduction
- A faith-informed approach in a judgment-free setting
Meeting Time: Thursdays, 7–9 PM
Location: Virtual (secure link provided upon registration)
Cost: $240 for the 12 sessions or $20 per session.
